About this measure

What is a Help Request?

A Help Request is a ticket type submitted by individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability who are seeking services through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). It is the first step in connecting someone to housing resources. It is not a direct application for housing. It is an intake that allows CES staff to assess needs and identify the most appropriate next steps.

Once submitted, CES staff review the request and may follow up with any of the steps shown here.
